摘 要:进出口食品安全监管工作划入新海关后,原有的监管模式发生较大变动,在服务外贸经济发展的同时,也伴随着一些潜在的风险,新海关人力物力维持原有水平情况下,如何保证出口食品质量安全,成为当前遇到的重大课题。本文通过对新旧两种出口食品监管模式的对比,分析研究新海关出口食品安全监管领域存在的风险和应对方法,为出口食品安全监管工作提供借鉴和参考。After the import and export food safety supervision work is included in the new customs,the original supervision model has undergone major changes.While serving the economic development of foreign trade,it is also accompanied by some potential risks.How can the new customs maintain the original level of manpower and material resources?Ensuring the quality and safety of exported food has become a major issue currently encountered.This paper compares the old and new export food supervision models,analyzes and studies the risks and countermeasures in the field of export food safety supervision of the new customs,and provides reference and reference for the export food safety supervision work.
