摘 要:本研究通过使用正己烷饱和的乙腈提取、乙腈饱和的正己烷净化,建立了测定水产暂养水中丁香酚和异丁香酚的气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法。方法学验证表明,两种麻醉剂在20~500μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好,检出限为2μg·kg^(-1),定量限为5μg·kg^(-1)。通过进行3个浓度水平加标,每个浓度平行实验6次。结果表明,两种丁香酚类麻醉剂的回收率在85.6%~105.7%,相对标准偏差在1.2%~5.3%。该方法简便、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠,适用于水产暂养水中丁香酚和异丁香酚的测定。In this study,a triple quadrupole GC/MS method for the determination of eugenol and isoeugenol in temporary aquaculture water was established byextraction with n-hexane saturated acetonitrile and purification with n-hexane saturated acetonitrile.Methodological verification showed that the two anesthetics had good linearity in the concentration range of 20~500μg·L^(-1),with the limit of detection of 2μg·kg^(-1) and the limit of quantification of 5μg·kg^(-1).Three concentration levels were labeled,and each concentration was tested for 6 times in parallel.The results showed that the recoveries of the two eugenol anesthetics ranged from 85.6%~105.7%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.2%~5.3%.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of eugenol and isoeugenol in temporary aquaculture water.
