摘  要:为明确种子分泌物中酚酸是否影响大豆疫霉生长发育及侵染行为,文章采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术分析大豆疫霉抗病品种Williams82、感病品种Sloan及非寄主菜豆紫花油豆、玉米绥玉23种子分泌物中酚酸种类及含量,测定外源单一酚酸对大豆疫霉菌丝生长和游动孢子囊形成、游动孢子趋化性及成囊的影响。结果表明,不同作物和品种种子分泌物中酚酸种类及总含量存在差异,酚酸总量菜豆>大豆感病品种≥玉米≥大豆抗病品种;酚酸对大豆疫霉菌的影响与浓度相关,对菌丝生长和游动孢子囊形成抑制程度与浓度呈正相关;低浓度(<0.1μg·mL-1)下各酚酸吸引游动孢子,而高浓度(≥0.1μg·mL-1)下排斥游动孢子;浓度越高越刺激游动孢子成囊。种子分泌物中酚酸可作为信号分子被大豆疫霉识别,在高浓度下可排斥游动孢子从而保护作物,研究为防治大豆疫霉根腐病提供理论依据。In order to determine whether phenolic acids in seed exudates affect the growth,development and infection behavior of Phytophthora sojae, the kinds and contents of phenolic acids in seed exudates of soybean resistant variety Williams82, soybean susceptible variety Sloan, non-host common bean Zihuayoudou and maize Suiyu23 were analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) technique, and the effects of exogenous phenolic acids on mycelial growth, sporangia formation,chemotaxis and encystment of zoospores of Phytophthora sojae were determined. The results showed that there were differences in the kinds and total contents of phenolic acids in seed exudates of different varieties, among them the contents of the total phenolic acids in seed exudates were common bean>soybean susceptible variety≥maize≥soybean resistant variety. The effects of phenolic acids on P. sojae were related to concentrations, and the inhibitory degrees of phenolic acids on mycelial growth and sporangia formation were positively correlated with concentrations. The phenolic acids at low concentrations(<0.1 μg · m L-1) attracted zoospores, while those at high concentrations(≥0.1 μg · mL-1) repelled zoospores. The effect on encystment of zoospores showed that the higher the concentration, the more stimulation to encystments. Phenolic acids in seed exudates could be recognized by P. sojae as signaling molecules and high concentrations phenolic acids could repel the zoospores to protect crops.This study provided a theoretical basis for the control of soybean Phytophthora root and stem rot.
