棉纺精梳机锡林梳理力动态测试及变化规律

摘　　要：为了研究棉纺精梳机锡林梳理过程中梳理力的变化规律,研发了锡林梳理力测试装置,利用扭矩传感器测试锡林梳理过程中锡林轴的动态扭矩及锡林的动态梳理力。在精梳小卷定量75 g/m、锡林总齿数37 180齿的条件下,分别对4档精梳速度下的锡林梳理力进行了测试,绘制了精梳锡林梳理力变化曲线。认为:梳理力随着梳理时间的增加而迅速增大至最大值后急剧下降,在后续梳理过程中梳理力缓慢减小至零;在精梳机低速时,梳理力在开始梳理阶段呈现锯齿阶梯式上升,随着精梳机速度的提高,开始梳理阶段的梳理力曲线的锯齿波明显减小,梳理力曲线的幅度扩展,梳理力曲线的峰值略有增加。In order to study the carding force of cotton comber change rule cylinder carding,the cylinder carding force test device was developed.The torque sensor was adopted to test cylinder shaft dynamic torque and cylinder dynamic carding force during the cylinder carding process.Under the condition of 75 g/m lap and 37180 total teeth number of cylinder,the cylinder carding force at four kinds of combing speed were tested.The change rule curve of comber cylinder carding force were drawn.It is considered that the carding force is rapidly increased to the maximum then dramatically decreased as the carding time increase.In the later carding procedure,the carding force is slowly decreased to zero.When the comber is running at a lower speed,the carding force shows sawtooth stepped increase at the beginning of the carding stage.As the increase of comber carding speed,the sawtooth wave of carding force curve at the beginning carding stage is obviously decreased.The range of the carding force curve is extended and the peak value of the carding force curve is slightly increased.
