摘  要:探讨新型含硼纺织品阻燃剂的制备工艺。以硼酸和四羟甲基硫酸磷为原料经过酯化反应合成四羟甲基磷硼酸酯中间体,调节pH值至6.0降低交联度,再与尿素等反应生成含磷硼酸酯的阻燃剂。以阻燃剂整理棉织物的损毁长度为指标对反应物比例及加料顺序进行了优选,并测试了阻燃剂整理棉织物的防静电性和抗菌性。试验表明:四羟甲基磷硼酸酯、尿素和十八烷胺的摩尔比为1.5∶0.9∶0.1时,所制得的含磷硼酸酯阻燃剂整理棉织物具有较理想的阻燃性能。认为:棉织物经含磷硼酸酯阻燃剂整理后具有较好的阻燃、防静电性和抗菌性。Preparation technology of new boron-containing textile flame retardant agent was discussed.Boric acid and tetrahydroxymethyl phosphorus sulfate were taken as raw material to synthesize tetrahydroxymethyl phosphoborate intermediate through esterification reaction.crosslinking degree was reduced through adjusting pH value to 6.0.Then flame retardant agent containing phosphoborate was generated through reacting with urea.Damage length of flame retardant agent finished cotton fabric was taken as an indicator,reactants proportion and the order of addition were optimized,antistatic and antibacterial property of flame retardant finished cotton fabric were tested.The test showed that when molar ratio of tetramethylol phosphoborate,urea and octadecylamine was 1.5∶0.9∶0.1,flame retardant property of prepared flame retardant agent containing phosphoborate finished cotton fabric was ideal.It is considered that cotton fabric has better properties of flame retardant,antistatic and antibacterial after finishing with flame retardant agent containing phosphoborate.
