近两年我国棉织行业生产成本分析

摘　　要：分析近两年我国棉织行业的生产成本构成和影响因素。以棉织行业中的白坯布、色织布和牛仔布为研究对象,从影响其生产成本的纱线成本、人工成本、能源成本、浆染料(含助剂)成本和其他成本等因素入手,分析了我国棉织物的生产成本构成情况,并提出了降低生产成本的途径。认为:对于不同棉织物应采取针对性措施,以降低生产成本提高利润。Production cost composition and influencing factor of China cotton weaving industry in the past two years were analyzed.In cotton weaving industry,gray cloth,yarn-dyed fabric and denim were selected as research objects.From the production cost,labor cost,energy cost,size mixture and dye(including aids)costs and other cost factors affecting fabric production cost,production cost composition of China cotton fabric was analyzed,ways to reduce production cost were proposed.It is considered that targeted measures should be taken for different cotton fabric to reduce production costs and improve profit.
