立达精梳机的发展历程及特点分析

摘　　要：探讨立达精梳机各发展阶段的特点。根据不同型号精梳机的结构特征和性能,将立达精梳机的发展过程划分为机械发展阶段、计算机辅助优化设计技术辅助开发阶段和新梳理理念与智能驱动技术发展阶段。重点叙述了每个阶段精梳机的结构特征和技术特点。简单介绍了不同阶段与精梳机配套的条并卷联合机以及棉卷自动运输系统。认为:3个发展阶段分别代表着当时精梳机的发展方向和先进水平。Characteristics of Rieter comber at various development stage were discussed.According to structure characteristic and performance of different types comber,development stage of Rieter comber were divided into mechanical development stage,computer aided process development technical aided development stage,new carding concept and intelligent drive technology development stage.Structure characteristics and technology features of each stage comber were emphatically introduced.Draw frame and lap machine combined and cotton lap automatic transportation system that matched with comber at different stage were briefly introduced.It is considered that the three development stages respectively represent development direction and advanced level of comber at the time.
