摘　　要：介绍了国内石油化工产业链的现状和油头化尾战略提出的背景,分析了面对企业结构调整高校专业人才培养所面临的问题。文章以东北石油大学为例,重点介绍了油头化尾背景下,化工和材料类应用型人才培养的模式,包括专业课程的设置、实践教学体系的构建、工程实践能力的培养及课程思政的贯通等一些典型做法,最后介绍了应用型人才培养模式的实施及所取得的成效。In this paper,the current situation of the domestic petrochemical industry chain and the background of“oil head&chem tail”were introduced,and the problems faced by the training of professional talents in universities in the face of enterprise restructuring were analyzed.Northeast petroleum university,for example,focused on the mode of training applied talents in chemical industry and materials in the context of“oil head&chem tail”.Typical practices were described simultaneously,such as the setting of professional courses,construction of practical teaching system,cultivation of engineering practice ability,and course ideological and political integration.Finally,the implementation of the application-oriented talent training model and the achievements were described.
