催化装置汽轮机通流部分带负荷在线清洗技术的应用

摘  要:炼化企业催化裂化装置生产周期通常要求四年连续生产,富气压缩机的汽轮机长周期运行过程中,因蒸汽品质偏差导致钠盐易沉积在汽轮机通流部件上,使汽轮机通流面积减小、内效率下降、输出功率不足,严重时机组无法正常运行。文章分析汽轮机实际工况,利用钠盐可溶于湿蒸汽的物理性质,实施汽轮机在线带负荷清洗除垢,取得明显效果。FCC unit continuous operation cycle usually requires four years,so rich gas compressor also keep running long term,sodium salt deposition on the turbine flow passage parts would be formed gradually in this long period conditions cause by steam quality deviation,result in reducing flow rate of turbine,internal efficiency decline,insufficient output power,even cause compressor unit failure.This paper analyzes the actual working condition of steam turbine,and makes use of the physical property that sodium salt can be dissolved in wet steam to carry out on-line cleaning and decaling of steam turbine with load,and obtains obvious results.
