摘 要:长岭区块泉头组及以上地层水敏性泥岩发育,地层易造浆,垮塌,导致钻井液流变性控制难,井径扩大,施工过程中起下钻易遇阻卡,井眼不畅导致下技术套管遇阻等施工难题;登录库组硬脆性泥岩易垮塌卡钻;营城组地层裂隙发育,易漏失。针对施工过程中遇到的井下复杂情况,现场通过优化钻井液施工措施,采取桥塞堵漏,合理控制钻井液施工密度,提高钻井液防塌抑制性能等技术,降低了钻井施工风险。The development of water-sensitive mudstone in Quantou Formation and above in Changling block makes the formation easy to make slurry and collapse,which leads to the difficulty in controlling the rheological properties of drilling fluid,the expansion of well diameter,the easy to get stuck in the process of drilling,and the difficulty in the construction of technical casing due to poor borehole.The hard brittle mudstone of Lengzhuo Formation is easy to collapse and stick drilling.The fractures of Yingcheng Formation are well developed and easy to leak.In view of the complex underground conditions encountered in the construction process,the drilling operation risks were reduced by optimizing drilling fluid construction measures,adopting bridge plug plugging,reasonably controlling drilling fluid construction density,improving drilling fluid anti-collapse and inhibition performance and other technologies.
