摘  要:为了聚焦作为植物诱抗剂、生长调节剂的多糖研究,并促进开发新型药剂及其在蔬菜中的应用,对多糖的种类、生物活性和机理及其在蔬菜应用中的进展进行综述,其中在蔬菜中,多糖主要用于病害防治、植株生长调节、贮藏保鲜等方面,未来应用领域将更加广阔。In order to focus on the research of polysaccharides as plant elicitors and growth regulators and promote the development of new pesticides and their applications in vegetables,the types,biological activities and mechanisms of polysaccharides and the progress of their applications in vegetables were reviewed.In vegetables,polysaccharides were mainly used in disease control,plant growth regulation,storage and fresh-keeping,whose application field would be more extensive in the future.
