摘　　要：习近平法治思想的内涵之一,就是总结我国古代法制传统和成败得失,挖掘和传承中华法律文化精华。在中华法律文化中,最能体现其特色和亮点的成果,就是一个法学学派即法家、一部著名律典即《唐律疏议》、一个庞大法系即中华法系、一门原创学科即法医学、一部经典判例集即《刑案汇览》、一个法律家群体即律家。正是这些成果,使中华法律文化跻身于古代世界法律文明之林。至近代,这些成果由于各种复杂的原因,日渐暗淡,不再辉煌。至当代,随着中华民族的重新崛起,如何将上述成果中的精华分离出来,予以发扬光大,使其成为建设社会主义法治国家的优秀的文化遗产,并为铸造当代世界法律文明做出贡献,是当代中国法律工作者义不容辞的光荣职责和神圣使命。One of the connotations of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law is to summarize the successes and failures of the legal system in ancient China,and to explore and inherit the essence of Chinese legal culture.In ancient Chinese legal culture,the achievements best reflecting its characteristics and highlights include a school of law(the Legalist School),a famous legal code(“Code of Tang Dynasty and Commentaries”),a great legal system(Chinese legal system),an original discipline(forensic science),a classic collection of cases(Conspectus of Penal Cases)and a group of jurists(the jurist school),which made Chinese legal culture be one of legal civilizations in the ancient world.In modern times,due to various complex reasons,these achievements had gradually become less and less splendid.In contemporary times,with the rise of Chinese nation,how to filter the essence of the above-mentioned achievements and carry forward them to make them an excellent cultural heritage for building a law-based socialist country,and contribute to the development of world’s contemporary legal civilization becomes a glorious duty and sacred mission of contemporary Chinese legal workers.
