摘  要:传统的光纤光栅传感器振动抑制系统存在着鲁棒性低的问题,为了完善传统系统中存在的不足,引入PLC与PGC⁃DCM方法,分别从硬件和软件两个方面对光纤光栅传感器振动抑制系统进行优化设计。硬件设计部分,在传统的硬件系统基础上安装PLC控制元件,选择合适的DSP芯片优化硬件系统电路,设计光纤光栅传感器接口;软件设计部分,引入PGC⁃DCM解调处理方法,首先对采集的振动信号进行解调处理,其次从功率抑制和时序抑制两个方面对处理后信号实现光纤光栅传感器振动的智能抑制。为了检测系统性能,分别从系统功能和系统性能两个角度设计系统测试实验,得出实验结论:设计的PGC⁃DCM解调处理后的振动智能抑制系统比传统抑制系统的抑制效率高63.5%,鲁棒性提高了16.3%。In view of the fact that the traditional FBG(fiber Bragg grating)sensor vibration suppression system has a low robustness,so the PLC(programmable logic controller)and PGC⁃DCM(phase generated carrier⁃differential⁃cross⁃multiplying)approaches are introduced to optimize the traditional vibration suppression system in terms of hardware and software to perfect its shortcomings.In terms of the hardware design,the PLC control elements are installed on the basis of the traditional hardware system,the appropriate DSP(digital signal processor)chip is adopted to optimize the hardware system circuit and design interface for the FBG sensor.In terms of the software design,the PGC⁃DCM demodulation processing method is introduced.The collected vibration signals are demodulated first,and then the processed signals are subjected to the intelligent suppression of FBG sensor in two aspects of power suppression and timing suppression.In order to detect the system performance,the system test experiments are designed from two perspectives of the system function and system performance.The experimental results show that the suppression efficiency of the designed vibration intelligent suppression system after PGC⁃DCM demodulation is 63.5%higher and its robustness is 16.3%higher than those of the traditional suppression system.
