针刺膻中穴对中风后抑郁症患者心理状态及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺膻中穴对中风后抑郁症患者心理状态及神经功能的影响。方法:选择106例中风后抑郁症患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(常规针刺治疗)与观察组(常规针刺治疗+针刺膻中穴),每组53例。比较两组治疗前后心理状态、神经功能及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗4周后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH stroke scale,NIHSS)评分与改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚脑卒中评分量表(modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia stroke scale,MESSS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体健康(physica1 component summary,PCS)评分与精神健康(menta1 component summary,MCS)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规针刺基础上针刺膻中穴,可有效缓解中风后抑郁症患者不良心理状态,减轻神经功能损伤,提高生活质量。Objective:To discuss the effects of acupuncture at Tanzhong points on psychological state and neurological function in patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:All 106 patients were divided into 53 cases of the control group(conventional acupuncture therapy)and 53 cases of the observation group(conventional acupuncture therapy+acupuncture at Tanzhong points)according to different therapeutic methods,to compare psychological state,neurological function and the improvements of quality of life before and after treating between both groups.Results:After four weeks of treatment,HAMD scores,NIHSS scores and MESSS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);PCS and MCS of the observation group were higher than these of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Tanzhong points for the patients with post-stroke depression based on conventional needling could effectively relieve their bad moods,help alleviate nerve function damage and raise quality of life.
