摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,收集整理云南省27家野生动物收容救护机构2014—2017年期间的相关信息。关注焦点集中于业务范围、类型、运作经费、救护设施和救护人员等反映野生动物收容救护机构性质和救护能力的属性,以及体现机构成绩和救护倾向的野生动物收容、放归野外、康复饲养和调配移送数量等野生动物收容救护数据。采用WPS表格进行统计分析,以TTEST进行相关性检验,对全省各收容救护机构属性与机构野生动物收容救护数据之间的内在联系进行分析。结果表明,云南省野生动物收容救护能力欠缺,各级财政的经费投入不足,存在不科学放归的可能,野生动物收容救护需求量大与收容救护资源有限的矛盾突出,个别机构存在收容救护意愿薄弱现象,收容救护机构的主营业务和救护能力是收容救护工作的主要驱动力。提出加大经费投入,设置收容救护人员编制,规范收容救护行为,提高收容救护技术水平,多渠道高效处置康复饲养野生动物等建议。The relevant information of 27 wildlife shelter and rescue institutions in Yunnan Province were collected from 2014 to 2017 by questionnaire investigation.The focus was on the business scope,type,operation funds,rescue facilities and rescue personnel,which reflected the nature and rescue ability of institutions,as well as the wildlife shelter and rescue data reflecting the performance and rescue tendency of institutions,such as the number of wildlife shelter,the number of wild animals released,the number of rehabilitation breeding and the number of deployment and transfer.WPS table was used for statistical analysis,and TTEST was used for correlation test to explore the internal relationship between the attributes of institutions and the data of wildlife sheltered and rescued in the institutions.The results showed that the ability and the financial investment of wildlife shelter and rescue in Yunnan was insufficient,with the possibility of unscientific release and the prominent contradiction between the large demand for wildlife shelter and rescue and the limited resources.The willingness of rescuing in some institutions was weak,and the main business and the rescue ability of the institutions were the main driving forces.Therefore,this paper suggested to increase the investment,set up staffing of institutions,standardize the behavior of rescue,improve the technical ability,and deal with the wild animals efficiently through multiple channels.
