摘 要:针对PO/MTBE生产废水进行了厌氧生物处理的试验研究,主要包括厌氧生化处理PO/MTBE生产废水可行性研究,微生物增效剂对厌氧生化处理PO/MTBE生产废水促进作用研究。探讨了反应器进出水COD变化以及反应过程中pH值和VFA的变化。研究表明,厌氧生化技术可用于PO/MTBE生产废水处理,厌氧反应器的容积负荷最终可稳定达到2 kg COD/(m^(3)·d)。对于未投加增效剂的对照组,COD去除率为30%左右,出水平均VFA浓度为5.31 mmol/L;投加增效剂的实验组COD去除率为55%左右,出水平均VFA浓度为3.64 mmol/L。相较于对照组,投加增效剂的实验组COD去除率提高了25%,出水VFA浓度降低了1.67 mmol/L。Anaerobic biological treatment of PO/MTBE wastewater is studied.The research mainly includes the feasibility study of anaerobic biochemical treatment of PO/MTBE production wastewater,and the experimental study of microbial synergist on anaerobic biochemical treatment of PO/MTBE production wastewater.In addition,the changes of COD,pH value and VAF changes in the reactor are also studied.The results show that anaerobic biochemical technology can be used for PO/MTBE production wastewater treatment,load of the stable operation anaerobic reaction unit could reach 2 kg COD/(m^(3)·d).For the control group without synergist,the COD removal rate is about 30%,and the effluent VFA concentration is 5.31 mmol/L.The COD removal rate of the experimental group adding synergist is about 55%,and the effluent VFA concentration is 3.64 mmol/L.Compared with the control group,the COD removal rate of the experimental group adding synergist is increased by 25%,and the effluent VFA concentration is decreased by 1.67 mmol/L.
