摘  要:室温超声辐射下,通过采用乙酰乙酸甲酯、盐酸羟胺和苯甲醛为反应原料的三组分锅反应,并以纯水和1∶1乙醇为溶剂的两个反应体系进行对比,合成了一系列3-甲基-4-芳亚甲基-异噁唑-5(4H)-酮衍生物。通过分析不同溶剂对于此反应的影响可以得出,以水为溶剂的反应体系相较于1∶1乙醇反应体系反应更困难。Under room temperature ultrasonic radiation,the reaction is carried out in a three component pot with methyl acetoacetate,hydroxylamine hydrochloride and benzaldehyde as raw materials,the two reaction systems with pure water and 1∶1 ethanol as solvent are compared,a series of 3-methyl-4-arylmethylene-isoxazole-5(4h)-ketone derivatives are synthesized.Through analysis the influence of different solvents on the reaction,it is concluded that the reaction system with water as solvent is more difficult than the reaction system with 1∶1 ethanol.
