摘 要:文章设计了一种用于高分辨率有源矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,AMOLED)手机显示驱动芯片的移动产业处理器接口(Mobile Industry Processor Interface,MIPI)电路,基于移动电话的显示屏串行接口(Display Serial Interface,DSI)协议设计了物理层电路,对于图形数据采用高速传输,对于指令采用低速传输,这样在保证数据传输速度的同时节省了功耗;为了确保高速比较器的精度,设计了高速比较器校准模块来减小输入失调引起的误差。该电路采用UMC 80 nm的CMOS工艺,高速比较器的精度为5 mV,后仿实现了单通道1 GHz的传输速率,实现了高速高精度的设计目标。This paper designs a Mobile Industry Processor Interface(MIPI)circuit for high-resolution active-matrix organic light-emitting diode(AMOLED)mobile phone display driver chip,and designs the physical layer circuit based on Display Serial Interface(DSI)specification,that is,the graphics data is transmitted at a high speed,and the instructions are transmitted at a low speed,this also saves power while ensuring the transmission speed;in order to ensure the accuracy of the high-speed comparator,a high-speed comparator calibration module is designed to reduce the error caused by the input offset.This circuit adopts UMC 80 nm CMOS technology,the precision of high-speed comparator is 5 mV and the transmission rate of single-channel 1 GHz is realized by post-imitation,achieving high-speed and high-precision design goals.
