摘 要:针对工业系统中机械连接的控制需求,设计一种以电磁体和永磁体间的斥力为解锁分离力,永磁体对电磁体铁芯的磁力作为预紧力的电磁永磁互调解锁装置。首先用磁路分析法分析电磁力与永磁力之间的互调原理,然后利用仿真软件分析轭铁关键结构参数对解锁分离力的影响,最后依据研究结论制备了尺寸为45mm×40 mm×40 mm的样机,证明了该装置具有结构简单、功耗低、重量轻、体积小、性能可靠等优点,同时还具有可调控的锁定力、解锁力和分离距离,在机械控制领域中具有很大的应用前景。According to the mechanical control requirements of connection in industrial systems,an electromagnet and permanent magnet intermodulation unlocking device was designed.The device accurately takes the repulsion force between electromagnet and the permanent magnet as the unlocking force,and the magnetic force of the permanent magnet to the electromagnet core as the locking force.Initially,the intermodulation between electromagnetic force and permanent magnetic force was analyzed by magnetic circuit theory.Then the simulation software was used to analyze the effect of key structural parameters of yoke on the unlocking force.As a final point,according to the research results,a prototype of 45mm×40mm×40mm was developed.It is proved that the device has all advantages of simple structure,low power consumption,light weight,small size and reliable performance with adjustable locking force,unlocking force and working stroke.It has prominent prospects in the field of mechanical control.
