摘 要:在轨道交通领域,停车制动技术的性能,一方面会影响停车过程的舒适性,另一方向会影响停车的对标精度。目前的停车制动方式为电空联合制动,即在较低速时开始切除电制动,使用空气制动停车,但这种方式存在诸多的缺陷。为了进一步提升停车的性能,该文提出了一种纯电制动停车技术,该技术无需增加任何的硬件设施,采用自然换向的策略,使电机在低速下进行反接制动停车。在反接制动停车曲线的设计中,该文充分考虑了停车的平稳性问题,设计了一种平均冲动率最小的反接制动方式。电机平台以及实车的实验验证了该文方案的可行性。In the field of rail transit,the performance of parking brake technology will affect the comfort of the parking process and the benchmarking accuracy of the parking.The current parking brake method is electro-pneumatic combined braking,that is,the electric brake is cut off at a low speed,and the air brake is used for parking,but this method has many defects.In order to further improve the performance of parking,this article proposed a purely electric brake parking technology,which did not require any additional hardware facilities,adoptd a natural commutation strategy,and made the motor perform reverse brake parking at low speed.In addition,this paper fully considered the problem of parking stability,and designed a reverse braking method with the smallest average Jerk.The experiments of the motor platform and the real vehicle have verified the feasibility of this scheme.
