摘  要:树脂性能对灌封材料的成型有着至关重要的作用,本文通过不同的材料配比来制备灌封所需的树脂,研究树脂固化后不同增韧剂配比、添加顺序及促进剂用量对树脂性能的影响。结果表明,当非反应型增韧剂QY与反应型增韧剂DFC用量分别为5 g和15 g时,先加入非反应型增韧剂,促进剂用量为0.3 g时,树脂体系的附着力、强度、耐温性能最优。Resin properties have a crucial influence on the molding of potting materials.In this paper,the potting was prepared by different material ratio,the effect of the ratio of different materials on the performance of resin was studied.The results show that,when the dosage of non-reaction toughener QY and reaction toughener DFC is 5 g and 15 g respectively,the non-reaction toughener is added first,and the dosage of accelerator is 0.3 g,the viscosity of the system is moderate,which is beneficial to the operation of product forming process.
