电解锰废水资源化预处理工艺研究

摘　　要：随着生态文明建设和绿色矿山建设,金属锰在采矿、生产及尾渣堆放过程中产生的废水的无害化治理受到广泛关注和研究。针对现有废水预处理工艺副产废渣量大,难以回收利用,反应效率低,处理成本较高的问题,研究开发了“调控结晶—分级提取—水质净化”连续反应处理新工艺和成套技术装备,并成功实现产业化生产。该技术在保证产水水质符合相关工艺和排放标准要求的同时,单位处理成本较原有工艺降低近25%;同时,分级提取实现了废水中锰、钙、镁资源的回收利用,进一步降低处理成本。资源化预处理技术研究对于推动锰行业在废水治理方面的技术进步、节能减排和健康可持续发展具有重要意义。With the construction of ecological civilization and green mine,the harmless treatments of large amounts of wastewater is generating during the mining,production and residue stacking processes.To improve the recent pretreatment process in the problems of numerous unrecyclable by-product,we have made a research of low reaction efficiency and high treatment cost.This study has developed a new process of continuous treatment,including the“controlled crystallizing in sequential extracting-water quality refining”in a set of key equipment to successfully realize industrialization production.By ensuring the treated water quality to meet the requirements of relevant standards and subsequent processes,the unit treatment cost has been reduced by nearly 25%to be compared to the original process.Meanwhile,it can be further reduced by sufficient recovery of manganese,calcium and magnesium resources.The study of the pretreatment process for resource recovery is of great significance to promote the technological progress,including the energy conservation,the emission reduction and healthy and the sustainable development of industry.
