钼蓝光度法测定锰铁中磷含量的不确定度评定

摘  要:根据GB/T28898-2012《冶金材料化学成分分析测量不确定度评定》技术要求,采用钼蓝光度法对锰铁中磷含量进行测定,建立了相应的数学模型,并对检测过程中引入的不确定度分量进行分析及评定。最终合成不确定度及扩展不确定度,用该方法得出锰铁中磷含量的扩展不确定度为0.002%,在试验中要严格控制标准溶液的分取及选取线性较好的校准曲线,以提高测量结果的准确度。According to GB/T28898-2012“evaluation of uncertainty in measurement for chemical composition analysis of metallurgical materials”,the phosphorus content in ferromanganese was determined by the molybdenum blue Spectrophotometry.Also,the corresponding mathematical model was established.The uncertainty component introduced in the detection process was analyzed and evaluated.The uncertainty and extended uncertainty were finally synthesized,and the extended uncertainty of phosphorus content in ferro-manganese was 0.002%.In the experiment,the separation of standard solution and the selection of calibration curve with good linearity should be strictly controlled to improve the accuracy of measurement results.
