摘 要:利用气-液微萃取(Gas-Liquid Microextraction,GLME)技术,结合气相色谱-质谱法建立快速检测植物源性食品中农药残留的分析方法。准确称取3 g匀浆样品,加入3 mL二氯甲烷∶乙酸乙酯(1∶1,V/V)超声提取15 min,取上清液100μL,通过GLME技术进行萃取净化,结合内标法,联用气相色谱-质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS),建立植物源性食品中农药残留的快速检测。28种残留农药在0.001~1.0 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991~0.9999,仪器定量限为0.0010~0.0370 mg/kg,样品平均加标回收率为65.6%~114.1%,相对标准偏差范围为3.2%~19.9%。该方法简便、快速、准确度高、重现性好,能够有效净化色素、脂类等干扰物质,适用于复杂基质的植物源性食品中农药残留检测。Gas-liquid microextraction(GLME)was used to establish a pretreatment method for rapid detection of pesticide residues in representative plant-origin foods.3 g homogeneous sample was accurately weighed and extracted with 3 mL of dichloromethane:ethyl acetate(1∶1,V/V)for 15 min.100μL of supernatant was withdrawn and purified by gas-liquid microextraction(GLME).The rapid detection of pesticide residues in plant-origin foods was achieved by combining this pretreatment method with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).All 28 pesticides showed good linearinty within the concentration range of 0.001-1 mg/kg,with correlation coefficient between 0.9991-0.9999.The limits of quantification were 0.0010-0.0370 mg/kg.The average recoveries were 65.6%-114.1%and the range of RSD were 3.2%-19.9%.This simple and rapid method exhibits high accuracy and good reproducibility,it is suitable for detecting pesticide residues in plant-origin foods.
