摘 要:本文以柠檬酸三钠、11-氨基十一烷酸、NaH 2PO 4和聚乙二醇为原料,用微波法合成了氮磷共掺杂荧光碳量子点(NPCQDs),并通过紫外、荧光、红外光谱进行表征。在黄芩苷作用下,可使NPCQDs荧光猝灭,而体系加入氨苄青霉素时可使体系荧光得以恢复。基于此荧光碳量子点“关-开”原理,建立了测定氨苄青霉素的新方法。并考察缓冲溶液pH、温度、时间等条件的影响。研究表明,在pH=8.6的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,黄芩苷浓度为1.0×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)条件下,氨苄青霉素浓度在1~70μmol·L^(-1)范围内与荧光碳量子点的恢复程度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R 2=0.9926,检出限为7.9×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)。该方法应用于测定样品中氨苄青霉素的含量,结果较好。In this paper,nitrogen and phosphorus co-doped fluorescent carbon quantum dots were synthesized by microwave with trisodium citrate,11-aminoundecanoic acid,sodium dihydrogen phosphate and polyethylene glycol as raw materials,and characterized by ultraviolet absorption spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and Fourier infrared absorption spectrum.Under the action of Skullcap glycosides,fluorescence of Nitrogen phosphorus carbon quantum dots could be effectively quenched.And the fluorescence could be restored when ampicillin was present in the system.Based on this principle,a method for the determination of ampicillin was developed.This method has good selectivity,high sensitivity and simple operation.The effects of buffer solution pH,temperature and time on the determination were investigated.The recovery of fluorescence of Nitrogen phosphorus carbon quantum dots showed a good linear relationship with ampicillin concentration in the range of 1-70μmol·L^(-1)with a detection limit of 7.9×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1).The method was applied to determine the contents of ampicillin in cephalexin capsules and milk samples.
