摘  要:碘(I_(3)^(-))与罗丹明B(RhB)阳离子的缔合作用可引起RhB的荧光信号猝灭,而丙酮碘仿反应使体系的荧光信号恢复,据此建立了以“I_(3)^(-)-RhB”为荧光探针测定苦参素胶囊中丙酮残留的新方法。研究结果表明,丙酮的浓度分别在0.04~5.0μmol/L和5.0~12.0μmol/L范围内与荧光强度变化值(ΔF)呈线性关系(r=0.9919),检出限为7.96×10^(-9) mol/L。该方法简便快速、准确可靠、灵敏度高,可用于苦参素胶囊中丙酮残留检测。When the fluorescence signal of Rhodamine B(RhB)weakens or even disappears by Iodine(I_(3)^(-))solution,iodoform reaction of acetone in acid condition makes the system fluorescent signal reappear.Based on this reaction,a method for determination of residual acetone in oxymatrine capsules with the I_(3)^(-)-Rhodamine B associate as a fluorescent probe was established.In this work,580 nm was chosen as emission wavelength for measurement of the fluorescence intensity.According to linear relationship between the value ofΔF and acetone concentration of sample solution,the determination of acetone was accomplished.Experimental results demonstrated that good linearity of the analyte were observed in the range of 0.04-5μmol/L and 5-12μmol/L.The linear equation wasΔF=0.0428+3.77 c(r=0.9924);ΔF=-86.42+19.68 c(r=0.9919).The limit of detection(LOD)was 7.96×10^(-9) mol/L.The fluorescence method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and could be used for the determination of residual acetone in oxymatrine capsules.
