现代护理模式在神经外科颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析现代护理模式在神经外科颅脑损伤护理中的应用。方法:收集本院2019年1月至2019年6月收治的36例颅脑损伤患者作为对照组,进行基础护理;同时选择我院2019年7月~2019年12月开始采用现代护理模式后收治的36例颅脑损伤患者作为实验组。所有患者护理3 m后,采用SF-36生活质量、神经功能缺损与Barthel指数评分进行疗效评价。结果:与对照组比较,实验组护理后SF-36生活质量、神经功能缺损与Barthel指数改善明显(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率、预后良好率更优(P<0.05)。结论:现代护理模式有助于促进患者神经功能改善,提升生存质量,降低并发症。Objective:to analyze the application of modern nursing mode in the nursing of craniocerebral injury in neurosurgery.Methods:A total of 36 patients with brain injury from January 2019 to June 2019 were collected as control group and received basic nursing.Another 36 patients with brain injury from July 2019 to December 2019 were collected as experimental group and received modern nursing.After 3 months,SF-36 quality of life,neurological deficit and Barthel index were used to evaluate the efficacy of patients.Results:Compared with the control group,SF-36 quality of life,nerve function defect and Barthel index were significantly improved in the experimental group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications and good prognosis rate were better(P<0.05).Conclusions:Modern nursing mode is helpful to improve the neurological function of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce complications.
