基于风险的动态缓冲管理在项目进度计划管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：在传统PERT/CPM法、工期-成本法规划项目进度计划的基础上,增加了基于风险的动态缓冲管理方案以达到缩短项目工期的目的,建立了缓冲动态消耗监控机制、干预措施触发流程,提出了进度健康程度评价方法及管理策略,在项目进度偏离计划时触发干预机制,警示项目经理制定并实施纠正措施,保证项目按期推进。Based on traditional PERT/CPM method,time limit for a project cost method,on the basis of optimization of project schedule,increase the dynamic buffer management scheme based on risk to shorten project period,and to establish the dynamic buffer consumption monitoring mechanism,the trigger process,this paper puts forward the progress of health degree evaluation method and management strategy,in the project schedule deviation to trigger intervention mechanism,formulation and implementation of corrective actions and to promote the project on schedule.
