摘　　要：为更好地贯彻落实市委、市政府和上级公安机关的部署要求,实现大力改进公安机关建设公文运转综合管理能力,提高公文运转质量这一目标,南京市公安局现大力推进办公室创新公文运转模式进程。公文运转模式的改革,重点针对登记流程繁琐、存取过程缓慢、文件分类效率低下、公文遗失追责困难等突出问题。通过引入现代物联网技术,来加快新时代信息化建设,完善南京市公安局办公管理系统,建设统一规范的管理平台。In order to better implement the deployment requirements of the municipal Party committee,the municipal government and the higher level public security organs,and realize the goal of vigorously improving the public security organs to build the comprehensive management ability of official document operation and improve the quality of official document operation,Nanjing Public Security Bureau is vigorously promoting the process of office innovation document operation mode.The reform of official document operation mode focuses on the following prominent problems:cumbersome registration process,slow access process,low efficiency of document classification,and difficulty in accountability for loss of official documents.Now the aims of the introduction of modern Internet of things technology are to accelerate the construction of information technology in the new era,improve the office management system of Nanjing Public Security Bureau,and build a unified and standardized management platform.
