医学检验专业高职生心理资本现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学检验专业高职生心理资本发展现状。方法:采用心理资本问卷对383名在校生进行问卷调查,通过描述性统计,t检验方差分析等方法分析数据。结果:医学检验专业高职生心理资本在家庭居住地、家庭教养方式、学生干部经历和人际关系情况等因素上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:医学检验专业高职生心理资本总体良好,但仍存在自信心不高、心理韧性欠佳,心理调适能力不强等问题。Objective:To explore the development status of psychological capital of higher vocational students majoring in medical examination.Methods:Psychological capital questionnaire was used to investigate 383 students.Descriptive statistics and T-test variance analysis were used to analyze the data.Results:There are significant differences in psychological capital among higher vocational students majoring in medical examination in terms of family residence,family upbringing,student cadre experience and interpersonal relationship(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological capital of higher vocational students majoring in medical examination is generally good,but there are still some problems,such as low self-confidence,poor psychological resilience and weak psychological adjustment ability.
