摘 要:深圳市轨道交通12号线某繁华路段地铁站出入口矩形顶管施工风险包括进出洞风险、设备风险、掘进风险和环境风险等.本文采用改进的层次分析法建立大断面矩形顶管风险层次结构模型,采用风险矩阵定级法、专家调查法与模糊综合分析法相结合的方法对各风险源进行定级与排序,得到顶管进出洞风险、设备风险的风险为中等,掘进风险与环境风险为低度的结论.并针对各风险源制定相应的预防或降低风险的控制措施以期对本工程或类似工程的安全风险管理工作提供参考.The construction of rectangular pipe jacking at the subway station entrance on a bustling road section of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 includes tunnel entrance and exit construction risk,equipment risk,driving tunnel risk and environmental risk,etc.Herein,the improved analytic hierarchy process was used to establish a large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking risk hierarchy structure model.The risk matrix grading method,expert survey method and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method were used to rank and evaluate the source of each risk.The results show that the risk of tunnel entrance and exit construction and equipment risk are medium;both driving tunnel risk and environmental risk are low.For each risk source,the corresponding control measures were developed to prevent or reduce these risks,providing theoretical reference for the safety risk management of this project or similar projects.
