摘 要:为提高除尘效率,开发了一种新型的电磁浮动床除尘装置,通过固定床过滤经典理论模型和磁场对除尘效率的影响,对电磁浮动床除尘机理进行分析.分别以球形与非球形颗粒作为磁性过滤介质进行除尘实验,研究了除尘机理和运行条件对除尘效率与床层压降的影响.A new type of electromagnetic floating bed dust removal device was developed in order to improve dust removal efficiency.The mechanism of the magnetic floating bed was established by using the classical theoretical model of granular bed filtration and analyzing the effect of the magnetic field on the removal efficiency.Both spherical and non-spherical particles were used as magnetic filter media to carry out the dust removal experiments,and in-depth study was done to analyze how dust removal mechanism and operation conditions affect the dust removal efficiency and bed layer pressure.
