摘  要:针对宽调谐电调滤波器在甚高频(VHF)频段难以实现承受高功率、体积小型化的问题,通过ANSYS HFSS软件建模和仿真,分析了VHF频段腔体滤波器几种不同谐振器的特点,对谐振器各种参数进行了优化,提出了一种新型的结构形式——螺旋与SIR混合式谐振器,用该谐振器实现了一款VHF频段的陷波滤波器。测试结果表明,该谐振器在VHF频段频率连续可调,可承受千瓦级功率,相对同轴谐振器的设计方式体积减小了一半,对于要求小型化的固定频率的腔体滤波器同样有很强的实用性。In view of the requirement of high power and miniaturization of wide-tuning-range electrically tunable filter in Very High Frequency(VHF)frequency band,the characteristics of several different resonators of VHF cavity filter are analyzed through modeling and simulation of ANSYS HFSS software,and various parameters of the resonator are optimized.A new type of hybrid resonator integrated with helix and SIR structure is proposed and a notch filter is realized in VHF frequency with hybrid resonator.The test results show that the resonator of this structure is suitable for the design of VHF frequency continuous adjustable filter,withstanding the kW-level power,and its volume can be reduced to half of that of the coaxial resonator,and it also has strong practicability for the cavity filter which requires miniaturization and fixed frequency.
