摘  要:采用膨胀试验研究了0Cr16Ni5Mo1马氏体不锈钢以0.05~10℃/s的速率连续加热时的相变动力学。结果表明:随着加热速率的增大,奥氏体化温度显著升高。利用杠杆定律计算获得了0Cr16Ni5Mo1钢中奥氏体生成量与加热温度之间的关系,采用Johnson-Mehl-Avrami(J-M-A)方程描述了钢的奥氏体化过程,并对相变动力学参数进行了拟合,得到奥氏体化相变激活能Q约为3.737×10^(5) J/mol,J-M-A指数n约为0.90543,指前因子lnk 0约为40.731,确定了0Cr16Ni5Mo1钢的奥氏体化动力学模型。基于非等温J-M-A方程绘制了等温奥氏体化动力学曲线和TTA(time-temperture-austenite transfor mation)图,可用于计算形状复杂零件连续加热的奥氏体化过程。The phase-transformation kinetics of 0Cr16Ni5Mo1 martensitic stainless steel during continuous heating at rates of 0.05 to 10℃/s was investigated by expansion tests.The results showed that the temperature of austenitizing rose significantly with the increase in heating rates.The relation of amount of austenite formed in the 0Cr16Ni5Mo1 steel to heating temperature was obtained by calculating with the lever law.The austenitizing process of the steel was expressed in terms of a Johnson-Mehl-Avrami(J-M-A) equation,and phase-transformation kinetics parameters,including activation energy for austenitization Q,J-M-A exponent n and pre-exponential factor lnk0,were fitted,and,as a result,Q was about 3.737×10^(5) J/mol,n was about 0.905 43,and lnk0 was about 40.731.A kinetics model of austenitizing for the 0Cr16Ni5Mo1 steel was determined.The isothermal austenitization kinetics curves and time-temperture-austenite transformation(TTA) diagram were plotted on the basis of the non-isothermal J-M-A equation,which can be used to calculate the austenitizing process of complexly shaped parts during continuous heating.
