摘  要:模数为3.6583的20CrMnTiH螺伞齿轮要求进行渗碳和淬硬处理,但热处理时易产生畸变,尺寸精度难以保证。为此,对该齿坯在渗碳前分别进行了正火和调质处理。根据检验结果对齿坯的锻造和热处理工艺进行了改进:1150~1120℃始锻;渗碳前930℃保温3h分散空冷正火;渗碳后780℃油淬,油温80~100℃,或在160℃油中马氏体等温淬火。结果,齿坯平面度和接触区合格率均为99%,总合格率达98%。3.6583 mm module spiral bevel gears made from 20CrMnTiH steel need to be carburized and hardened,however,are easy to distort during the heat treating,resulting in their dimensional accuracy that is difficult to be ensured.For this reason,the gear blanks were normalized and quenched-and-tempered before carburizing,respectively.According to the test results,forging and heat treating processes for the gear blanks were improved as follows:being started forging at temperatures of 1 150 to 1 120℃,being normalized by soaking at 930℃ for 3 h then cooled dispersively in air,quenching from 780℃ in oil at 80 to 100℃ or martempered in oil at 160℃.As a result,pass rates of planeness and contact area of the gear blanks all are 99%,and total pass rate is as high as 98%.
