摘  要:一批φ300mm×1950mm的35CrMoV钢轴锻造和调质处理后冲击韧度仅为13~28J,远低于要求的>60J。检测了轴的化学成分、冲击试样的断口形貌、非金属夹杂物含量和显微组织。结果表明:这批35CrMoV轴冲击韧度不合格的原因是,由于锻造的加热时间过长或锻造后表面温度过高,导致锻件形成魏氏组织。完全退火后调质处理的轴,其冲击韧度提高到了79~89J。A batch of 35CrMoV steel shaft 300mm in diameter by 1950mm long showed impact toughness of as little as 13 to 28 J that were considerably less than required value of more than 60 J after being quenched and high-temperature tempered.The shafts were tested for chemical composition,fracture morphology of impact sample,content of non-metallic inclusions and microstructure.The results demonstrated that the unqualified impact toughness of the these shafts stemmed from Widmannstaetten structure which originated from excessively long time of heating for forging or from excessively high surface temperature after forging.The impact toughness of the shaft was increased to to 79 to 89 J by adding a full annealing before being quenched and high-temperature tempered.
