摘  要:经过淬火和低温回火的Cr12钢支撑环在使用中断裂,且外圆面磨损严重。对断裂的支撑环进行了化学成分分析、硬度测定和金相检验。结果表明:支撑环中存在网状共晶碳化物和枝晶组织,外圆面二次淬硬,二次淬硬层中有细小裂纹。据此断定,摩擦热导致的二次淬硬以及不当的镀铬工艺增大了支撑环的脆性,导致其断裂。The Cr12 steel support ring which has been hardened and low-temperature tempered broke in service,and its cylindrical surface was considerably worn.The broken supporting ring was subjected to chemical composition analysis,hardness measurements and metallographic examination.The results showed that there were network eutectic carbides and dendrite structures in the supporting ring,and cylindrical surface was hardened again and exhibited fine cracks.From these it was concluded that the secondary hardening caused by frictional heat and improper chromium plating process render the supporting ring brittler,thus resulting in its breaking.
