摘　　要：经渗碳、淬硬处理的20CrNiMo螺伞齿轮在使用的早期发生严重磨损而失效。对失效的螺伞齿轮进行了化学成分、表面硬度、硬度梯度、渗碳层组织和深度等检验分析。结果表明,轮齿在运行过程中,受到了较大的接触压力和较大的冲击力,使其表面温度升高从而硬度降低,最终由于磨损而失效。Bevel gears of 20CrNiMo steel carburized and hardened became invalid early in service because of its being significantly worn.Chemical composition analysis and examination of heat treatment quality such as surface hardness,hardness gradient,microstructure and depth of carburized layer were done for the invalid bevel gears.The results demonstrated that the gears were subjected to grater both contact pressure and impact force in the operating,thus increased in surface temperature and decreased in hardness,finally,became invalid due to wear.
