摘  要:为了使海洋平台关键系泊锚桩能在交变应力的复杂深海环境下保证储油平台有稳定的系泊效果,以铸钢材料作为研究基础,对比了德标和美标铸件材料的性能,提出了铸造工艺优化控制方案,并进一步研究了铸钢件与热轧件的焊接工艺及质量控制方法。指出,在焊接实施中,应保证焊前预热温度,严格控制焊接参数和层间温度,同时保证焊后热处理实施效果,减少铸钢件焊接裂纹的形成,提升焊接质量。在以铸钢吊耳为特色的大管径锚桩预制建造工程实践中,应用了锚桩铸钢件焊接工艺,全部锚桩焊接均合格并达到标准要求。In order to ensure the stable mooring effect of offshore platform key mooring anchor piles under the complex deep sea environment of alternating stress,the performance of German standard and American Standard casting materials was compared based on cast steel materials,the casting process optimization control scheme was proposed,and the welding process and quality control method of steel castings and hot rolled parts were further studied.It is pointed out that the preheating temperature before welding and the welding parameters and interlayer temperature should be strictly controlled in the welding implementation.Meanwhile,it can ensure the effect of post weld heat treatment,reduce the formation of welding cracks and improve the welding quality.In the practice of prefabrication of large diameter anchor pile with cast steel lifting lug,the welding process of anchor pile steel castings is applied,and all anchor piles are qualified and meet the standard requirements.
