摘  要:针对2507超级双相不锈钢等离子焊(PAW)+钨极气体保护焊(GTAW)多层焊焊接接头性能恶化的问题,采用拉伸试验、显微组织分析等手段,研究了固溶热处理温度对2507超级双相不锈钢焊接接头组织和性能的影响。试验结果显示,当固溶温度为1050℃时,显微组织中存在脆性σ相,焊接接头拉伸和弯曲均呈脆性断裂,断裂发生在焊缝熔合线附近热影响区;而当固溶温度升高到1100℃时,脆性σ相消失,焊缝获得均匀的奥氏体+铁素体双相组织,拉伸及弯曲性能均满足技术规范要求,拉伸断裂发生在母材。研究表明,等离子焊打底、钨极氩弧焊多层焊接可以实现2507超级双相不锈钢的焊接;1100℃、保温15 min可以作为2507超级双相不锈钢焊后固溶处理工艺。For super duplex stainless steel 2507 plasma welding(PAW)+gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)weld joint performance deterioration problems,the effects of soild solution treatment on the microstructure and properties of 2507 super duplex stainless steel welded joints were studied.The results show that when the solution treatment temperature is 1050℃,the tensile and bending of the welded joint are brittle fracture,due to the existence of brittleσphase,and the fracture occurs in the heat affected zone near the weld fusion line.However,when the temperature of solution treatment rises to 1100℃,the brittleσphase disappears,and the weld obtains uniform A+F phase structure.The tensile and bending properties conform to the requirements of technical specifications,and the tensile fracture occurs in the base metal.
