摘 要:针对最高波幅法对大壁厚焊管手工超声波缺陷深度定位不准确的问题,提出了一种新的测量缺陷深度的方法,即半波高度法。采用6 dB法测量缺陷的高度,当缺陷较高时,可准确测量缺陷高度,且准确度优于最高波幅法。实践表明,半波高度法可以更准确地定位较高深度缺陷,以便补焊工确定焊管返修的内外位置,提高大壁厚焊管缺陷返修效率。同时建议,缺陷高度≥4 mm时,采用半波高度法测量,其端点定位信息是准确的;当缺陷高度<4 mm时,采用最高波幅法定位比较准确。Aiming at the problem that the maximum amplitude method is not accurate in locating the defect depth of large wall thickness welded pipe by manual ultrasonic,a new method,half wave height method,is proposed to measure the defect depth.The 6dB method is used to measure the height of the defect,and the measurement accuracy is better than the maximum amplitude method when the height of the defect is larger.The practice shows that the half wave height method can more accurately locate the defects with higher depth,so that the repair welder can determine the internal and external position of welded pipe repair,and improve the repair efficiency of large wall thickness welded pipe defects.At the same time,it is suggested that when the defect height is greater than or equal to 4 mm,the half wave height method should be used to measure,and the endpoint positioning information is accurate;when the defect height is less than 4 mm,the maximum amplitude method should be used to locate more accurately.
