摘 要:简要介绍了电阻焊管技术的发展过程,以及对焊接频率的研究和应用情况。对比了不同焊接频率对薄壁管和厚壁管焊接质量的影响,在此基础上分析了可变频率焊机的焊接功率和焊接频率范围。分析结果显示,在薄壁管的高频焊接中,壁厚内、中、外不易形成明显温差,较高频率焊接较为有益;而对厚壁管,由于V形区壁厚表面的集肤效应,易于在壁厚内、中、外形成温度梯度,对焊接频率的敏感度有所降低,较高频率焊接出现内外熔化金属的差异。分析表明,以控制焊接热影响区宽度为目标的可调焊接频率控制技术可为高品质焊管产品的工艺优化和质量控制提供技术支持。The development process of resistance welded pipe technology,and the research and application of welding frequency are briefly introduced.The effects of different welding frequencies on the welding quality of thin-walled pipe and thick-walled pipe were compared.On this basis,the welding power and welding frequency range of the variable frequency welder are analyzed.The analysis results show that in the high-frequency welding of thin-walled pipes,the temperature difference between the inner,middle and outer walls of the wall thickness is not easy to form,which presents the more beneficial side of the welding with higher frequency.For thick-walled pipes,due to the skin effect on the surface of the V-shaped zone,temperature gradients are easily formed inner,middle and outer walls,and the sensitivity to welding frequency is reduced,and the difference of molten metal between inside and outside occurs at higher frequency.The analysis shows that the adjustable welding frequency control technology with the aim of controlling the width of welding heat affected zone can provide support for the process optimization and quality control of high-quality welded pipe products.
