摘　　要：稿源质量是学术期刊的生命线。“双高”建设背景下,高职学报由于缺乏办刊特色、学术影响力较低、院校科研能力薄弱、评价体系不合理、约稿力度不够等原因造成高职学报稿源质量较低,要想提升稿源质量,必须从创新办刊特色、提高学术影响、完善科研评价体系、强化编辑队伍等方面着手,改变高职学报优质稿源匮乏的现状。The quality of manuscript source is the lifeline of academic journals.Under the background of Double High construction,the quality of manuscript source of higher vocational journals is low due to the lack of characteristics,low academic influence,weak scientific research ability,unreasonable evaluation system and insufficient solicitation.In order to improve the quality of manuscript source,we must innovate the characteristics of journals,improve the academic influence,perfect the scientific research evaluation system and strengthen the editing team to change the current situation.
