摘　　要：目的探讨平板探测器数字减影血管造影系统(DSA)低剂量模式在冠状动脉造影术中的应用价值。方法选取住院拟行冠状动脉造影术患者60例,均为体重50~70 kg正常体型,随机分为低剂量模式组30例与常规对照组30例。术后由2位心内科介入治疗医师采用双盲法对所有图像进行评分。分别对两组患者的辐射剂量面积(DAP)、累积剂量(CD)和图像质量评分进行统计学分析。结果图像质量评分差异无统计学意义;低剂量模式组的辐射剂量面积(DAP)和累积剂量(CD)均小于常规对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平板探测器数字减影血管造影系统(DSA)选择低剂量模式进行冠状动脉造影具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of low-dose plate digital substraction angiography(DSA)in coronary angiography.Methods A total of 60 hospitalized patients,all with normal body weight of 50~70 kg,were randomly divided into the low-dose group(30 cases)and the conventional control group(30 cases).After the completion of coronary angiography,all images were scored by two interventional cardiologists in a double-blind method.The dose area product(DAP),cumulative doses(CD)and image quality scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no statistically difference in image quality score;the doses area product(DAP)and cumulative dose(CD)in the low-dose group were smaller than those in the conventional control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-dose mode of DSA is feasible in coronary angiography,which is worthy of clinical application.
