摘 要:我国天然气用量逐年上升。加热炉作为一种天然气场站主要的加热设备,在天然气输送时作用十分重要。为探讨目前常用天然气加热炉的优缺点和选用原则,分析了水套炉、电加热炉、催化红外辐射加热炉和管壳式换热器的原理及特点;总结了常用天然气加热炉的应用与发展;以水套炉为例,建立模型,对加热过程中的热力学参数进行了计算分析;最后预测多功能、智能化、安全性好、成本更低的天然气加热炉将是未来的发展方向。China's natural gas industry is in a period of rapid development.As the main heating equipment of natural gas station,heating furnace plays an extremely important role in natural gas transportation system.In order to discuss the advantages,disadvantages and selection principles of natural gas heating furnace commonly used at present;The principle and characteristics of water jacket furnace,electric heating furnace,catalytic infrared radiation heating furnace and shell and tube heat exchanger are analyzed;The application and development of natural gas heating furnace are summarized;Taking the water jacket furnace as an example,a model is established to calculate and analyze the thermodynamic parameters in the heating process.Finally,it is predicted that the natural gas heating furnace with multi-function,intelligence,good safety and lower cost will be the future development direction.
