摘 要:采用气相色谱法,以程序升温方式对试样中的丁子香酚、香芹酚进行分离和定量分析。结果表明在该色谱条件下,丁子香酚、香芹酚、内标物和杂质能得到较好地分离,保留时间适中。丁子香酚、香芹酚的平均回收率分别为99.99%和100.25%,标准偏差分别为0.0152和0.00445,变异系数分别为0.93%和0.79%,线性相关系数(R^(2))为0.9998和0.9998。A method for separation and quantitative analysis of eugenol and carvacrol SL by programmed temperature gas chromatograph was developed.The result shows that eugenol,carvacrol and the internal standard were separated well with the impurities.And their retention time is appropriate.The average recovery of 99.99%and 100.25%,the standard deviation of 0.0152 and 0.00445,the variation coefficient of 0.93%and 0.79%,the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9998 and 0.9998 for eugenol and carvacrol were obtained respectively.
