摘　　要：[目的]研究高效氯氰菊酯·右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯杀虫气雾剂的正相液相色谱分析方法及对蚊的驱避效果。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以正己烷+乙酸乙酯=98+2(v/v)为流动相,使用Agilent Si不锈钢色谱柱,在230nm波长下对试样中的高效氯氰菊酯、右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯进行液相色谱的分离和测定;并采用GB/T 13917-2009试验方法测定浓度为0.25%、0.22%、0.18%、0.15%、0.14%高效氯氰菊酯·右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯杀虫气雾剂对蚊的室内和模拟现场药效。[结果]该分析方法的高效氯氰菊酯线性相关系数为0.997,平均回收率为99.78%,变异系数为3.66%;右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯线性相关系数为0.998,平均回收率为99.96%,变异系数为3.73%。0.15%高效氯氰菊酯·右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯杀虫气雾剂对蚊驱避效果最佳,高于其他4个含量,并达到显著水平,室内及模拟现场药效为A级。[结论]高效氯氰菊酯·右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯杀虫气雾剂具有良好的效果,值得进一步研究。The study aims to evaluate the Liquid Chromatography and repellent activity of beta-cypermethrin·chloroprallethrin insecticide aerosol against mosquito.[Methods]A method for analyzing beta-cypermethrin·chloroprallethrin was established.N-hexane was used as solventfor separation andquantlitive analysis byLiquid Chromatography on Agilent Si column,and mobile phase consisted of a mixture of N-hexane-EA(98+2,v/v).The detective wavelength was set at 230nm.The test was used GB/T 13917-2009 to evaluate the mosquito repellent effect of 0.25%、0.22%、0.18%、0.15%、0.14%insecticide aerosol.[Results]The linear correlation coefficient of beta-cypermethrin was 0.997,and the average recovery was 99.78%,the variation coefficient was 3.66%;the linear correlation coefficient of chloroprallethrin was 0.998,and the average recovery was 99.96%,the variation coefficient was 3.73%.The best repellent effect of mosquito was 0.15%beta-cypermethrin·chloroprallethrin insecticide aerosol,better than the others,reach the A level of the national standard.[Conclusion]The repellent activity of beta-cypermethrin·chloroprallethrin insecticide aerosol against mosquito is worthy of further estimation.
