摘　　要：概述了某填料塔发生堵塞故障的过程、特点,对故障原因进行了排查分析并采取了相应的处理措施。将改造后的分布器安装试车,蒸馏塔操作稳定,塔底产品符合要求。经过两年多运行,没有再出现堵塞状况,也无需停车进行在线清洗,证明故障处理效果良好。Process and features of a packing tower′s blocking problem were described,and analysis of reasons and measures for treatment were summarized.With the modified distributors installed,the distillation tower′s operation became stable,and the bottom product was on-specification.In more than two years,no blocking reoccurred,and there was no need to shut down for on-line wash,showing a sound effect of problem treatment.
