摘　　要：90度钢丝帘布裁断机,是用来在规定的宽度下,以90度角裁切未硫化的钢丝帘布,最后通过卷取装置卷成需要长度的帘布卷。同时,可对拼接后的钢丝帘布进行贴合子口包胶及包边等操作,从而,形成一条钢丝帘布裁断与拼接的自动生产线。本生产线生产的钢丝帘布卷是轮胎成型时的主要胎体部件。胎体质量对轮胎的质量和使用寿命具有重要影响。The 90-degree steel cord cutting machine cuts the unvulcanized steel cord at a 90-degree angle under the specified width,and finally rolls it into a cord roll of the required length through a winding device.At the same time,the spliced steel cord can be laminated to the rim and other operations,thereby forming an automatic production line for steel cord cutting and splicing.The steel cord roll produced by this production line is the main carcass component during tire building.The quality of the carcass has an important influence on the quality and service life of the tire.
