摘 要:吹塑法热收缩膜生产工艺有单泡法,双泡法和三泡法三种,不同生产工艺生产出的产品应用领域不同,其中三泡法用于七层以上共挤高阻隔热收缩率可调控高性能薄膜生产,核心技术之一是第一膜泡的冷却。本文重点围绕冷却技术难点展开对递进式真空定径冷却装置的研究分析,通过对普通自溢式水环和递进式真空定径冷却装置的冷却机理进行对比,剖析了递进式冷却为什么能提高生产效率以及真空定径在冷却过程中所取的作用,探讨了单项技术的创新应用在吹塑装备技术提升方面带来的影响。There are three production processes of heat shrinkable film blow molding:one-bubble method,2-bubble method and 3-bubble method.The products produced by different production processes have different application fields.The 3-stage method is used for the production of coextrusion high resistance heat insulation film with more than 7 layers,and the shrinkage rate can be controlled.One of the core technologies is the cooling of the first bubble.This paper studies and analyzes the progressive vacuum sizing cooling device based on the difficulties of cooling technology.By comparing the cooling mechanism of common self-overflow water ring and progressive vacuum sizing cooling device,it analyzes why progressive cooling can improve the production efficiency and the role of vacuum sizing in the cooling process.The influence of innovative application of this technology on the technical improvement of blow molding equipment is discussed.
